Our two-hour packages cost £300 for Fun & Games Disco, £500 for Ultimate Challenge Party and £800 for VIP Action Arena. First, compare the inclusions and recommended ages above. What is included in your children’s birthday parties?
Every package includes a hosted disco, professional music and disco lighting for two hours. Fun & Games adds classic games, prizes, bubbles and active play. Ultimate adds Buzz Wire, Giant Jenga and inflatable double axe throwing. VIP includes one headline attraction: a rodeo bull or surf simulator. Every package also includes a private online music-request account.
Which party suits my child’s age?
Fun & Games Disco is recommended for ages 5–7, Ultimate Challenge Party for ages 7–11, and VIP Action Arena for ages 8+. These are recommendations, so tell us about the birthday child and their guests. We adapt the hosting to their ages, confidence and interests, subject to equipment participation requirements.
How long does a birthday disco last?
The standard party lasts two hours. You can also request an Afterparty Extension: 30 minutes costs £75 and 60 minutes costs £150. This adds music requests, photographs and relaxed time with friends. Extra rodeo bull or surf simulator operating time is quoted separately.
Can we have a food and birthday-cake break?
Yes. Share your plans for refreshments and birthday cake before the day. Then we’ll agree where the break fits within your two-hour running order. You organise the food and cake, while we coordinate the entertainment around the agreed break.
Do we need to book a venue?
Please arrange your venue and confirm its booking before finalising the entertainment. A school hall, village hall or community space may be suitable, depending on its facilities and your chosen package. We check space, access and equipment requirements with you. How many children can attend?
Tell us your expected guest numbers and the children’s ages when you enquire. The suitable group size depends on your venue, package and activities. We’ll discuss these details and confirm a suitable group size before you book.
Can friends and family request songs?
Yes. Every package includes a private online music-request account. Before the party, the organiser can invite friends and family to add favourite songs. Also, tell us about music preferences and songs you would like to avoid.
When will you arrive to set up?
We agree setup and collection times before the event. These depend on the equipment and venue access. First, share when you can enter the hall and when it must be clear. Then we’ll confirm the arrangements with you.
Can you adapt the party for different participation needs?
Please tell us about sound levels, lighting preferences, access needs or guests who prefer gentler participation. We’ll discuss suitable adjustments before booking. Also, plan supervision and any quieter space with the venue and the adults attending.

Can every venue host the rodeo bull or surf simulator?
Each attraction needs suitable space, access and power. Riders must be at least 1.2 metres tall, and the operator assesses participation on the day. Before confirming, we also check venue rules and equipment availability. VIP includes a choice of one simulator, with additional operating time quoted separately.
