Make the music feel like their party

Your client account helps you share the songs your guests enjoy before the event. For example, you might suggest a favourite birthday song or tracks that bring friends together.

Also, tell us about any songs you would prefer us to avoid. The host can then plan music around the children’s ages, games and running order. If you have a special request, discuss it with us before the day.

Where do I get the password?

If you organised the booking and cannot find the details, contact our team. If you are a guest, ask the event organiser for the date and password.

Can friends and family request songs?

Yes. The organiser can invite friends and family to add music requests before the party. First, ask the organiser for the event details. Then use the form above to access the requests.

What should I check if I cannot sign in?

Check the day, month and year against the booking, then re-enter the event password carefully. If you still need help, call or email us with the event date and organiser’s name.

Can I check party availability here?

Use our online quote page for new enquiries. Send your preferred date, venue and the children’s ages so we can check the options.
