Share your venue’s access times, power arrangements and layout before booking. This helps us plan delivery, setup and the different entertainment areas. In addition, agree guest supervision and venue rules with your school’s organising team.

Prom Essentials starts from £795, the VIP Prom Experience from £1,495 and the Ultimate Prom Festival from £2,495. However, these are starting prices. Your quotation confirms the total for your venue, timings, staffing and chosen entertainment.
Does every prom package include a DJ and PROM letters?
Yes. Every package includes a professional DJ, sound system, disco lighting, venue mood lighting and light-up PROM letters. Song requests, a microphone, entertainment planning, delivery, setup and collection are also included.
What does the VIP Prom Experience add?
VIP adds a red carpet with gold posts and ropes, a shimmer wall with balloon arch, and a personalised school prom sign. It also includes the Magic Mirror, photo props, a themed digital design and digital photographs for the organiser. A dedicated attendant supports the Magic Mirror during its agreed operating hours.
Does Ultimate include both the Rodeo Bull and Surf Simulator?
No. Ultimate includes your choice of one: the Rodeo Bull or Surf Simulator, with a dedicated operator. In addition, it includes Inflatable Double Axe Throwing, Buzz Wire and Giant Jenga. We also arrange additional attraction supervision for your event.
How long do the disco and attractions run?
Your quotation confirms the entertainment duration and each attraction’s operating times. Share your preferred timetable when you enquire. Then we can plan the DJ, Magic Mirror and activity sessions around your event.
Are these prom packages suitable for Year 6 leavers?
Yes, we adapt the music and hosting for Year 6 proms. For example, we can include more hosted games and group interaction. Attractions still depend on venue suitability and the equipment’s participation requirements.
How do schools receive the Magic Mirror photographs?
Digital photographs are supplied to the event organiser with the VIP and Ultimate packages. Before the event, agree the photo design and your school’s photography arrangements with us. Your quotation also confirms the Magic Mirror’s operating hours.
